AlinaBrowning and RachelRoss get a list of Germans who have entered the town recently.

I talk to the police.  They disappeared recently from TheSandTrap.

A couple are in the Society.
Another couple are famous dancers.

++++ Bar Hopping |
We go to TheSandTrap.

I wander around and ask about the missing Martians.  No one seems to have had a close call.  Maybe slavers, but too  good (see no one having a close call).

RachelRoss arm wrestles Toby (a Corporal).  She loses (barely).

++++ A Suspicious Character |
AlinaBrowning notices someone acting strange (come in, sees me and leaves).  She takes ApprenticeRika and RachelRoss outside.  The man seems to have disappeared, but RachelRoss sees him duck down an alleyway.  They persue.

RachelRoss kicks a can, and he pulls a weapon.

  - Round
    - RachelRoss runs up and punches him (misses).
    - Suspicious guy shoots RachelRoss with some sort of sleep dart.  He tells her to protect him from her friends.
    - ApprenticeRika shoots a couple of darts at Suspicious guy and RachelRoss. They seem to resist.
    - AlinaBrowning Shoots suspicious guy (who is running away).
  - Round
    - Suspicious guy throws a sleep canister at them.
    - AlinaBrowning tries to knock out RachelRoss.
    - RachelRoss punches ApprenticeRika, hard.  She shakes it off.
    - Toby arrives.  Hey stop! but RachelRoss sidesteps and he faceplants.
  - Round
    - ApprenticeRika shoots her with sleep again, and she passes out.

++++ Checking the Clues |
I say that the suspicious guy is probably taking the Martians.

They kept the dart that hit RachelRoss.   MichelStMarie recognizes it as a product of a fancy German medical/laboratory supply company.

MichelStMarie has gotten a flier for a burlesque show (a young woman he knows).
