++++ Weekend at Bernie's |
We decide to move the prisoner to TheLastChance (carrying our "drunk friend").  As we are about to cross the street, AraTheJuggler and ShoshaTheDancer see 4 city guard (SergeantAndrus).  They go to distract them.  LuciusGhee and I sneak the prisoner across the street and to TheLastChance.

We take him to a secret room under TheLastChance.  Strip him, search him and tie him to the bed.  Lock the door.

++++ Look for Yearth |
We head out looking for YearthTheCripple.  We find his box.  I see a glistening across the alley.  I hold LuciusGhee.  We step over the tripwire.

Wake YearthTheCripple up.  He saw some guys get grabbed.  Followed them to an alley off BonesAlley.

++++ This is where they disappeared |
Offer him double to show us where they disappeared.  He takes us there, and I pay him off. We search the area.  We find a thin crack in the wall (hard to see except for the right angle).

We shine a lantern in and see a run down hovel, but there is a door that seems in better repair leading further into the building.  I listen (someone snoring). Door is locked.  I ask AraTheJuggler to get it open.  She picks it open.

++++ Hideout |
The door leads to some short steps down to a basement room, dimly lit.  There is a man sleeping at a table in the middle of the room. There is another man sitting in a worn chair at the far wall.  LuciusGhee moves up to the guy at the table, AraTheJuggler and ShoshaTheDancer go to the man in the chair, and I go peak at a doorway in the far corner.  Opens up into a dimly lit room with several beds along the wall.

LuciusGhee knocks out one with the pommel of his knife.  I move up towards the barracks(?) room.  We hear sounds and then a burst of laughter from that room. I peek in. There are 5 people (1 sleeping) and a couple of dogs.  I gesture at the others to come over.  ShoshaTheDancer knocks out the other man in the first room.

++++ Rush 'em |
  - Round
    - ShoshaTheDancer moves up, touches me on the arm and casts deflection (3 shadowy spirits begin to swirl around me).
    - I run up into the room, past a dog which bites at me, but misses.  I slash him with a sword, cutting his neck and dropping him.
    - LuciusGhee whips the dog, killing it.
    - AraTheJuggler kills the girl with ScarletsKiss (1, 2, 3 and stab in the heart)
    - Big blond guy yells at me and swings wildly.
    - Long haired guy swings
  - Round
    - AraTheJuggler ...
    - Guy comes out of another doorway and smacks me (shaken)
    - Dog attacks AraTheJuggler ...
    - ShoshaTheDancer prepares a spell
    - Sleeping guy gets up and attacks AraTheJuggler.
    - LuciusGhee whips the remaining dog, just scares it.
    - Big blond guy stabs me but no damage
    - Long hair runs past me to LuciusGhee and misses
    - I gather my wits and try to intimidate Big Blond
  - Round
    - Dog ...
    - ShoshaTheDancer hits the one one LuciusGhee with a magic bolt, shaking him
    - LuciusGhee reaches out with a treat to the dog and magically befriends it.
    - I try to hit Big Blond with the flat of my blade, but miss
    - Slick hair misses me.
    - AraTheJuggler gathers her wits and cuts Big Blond pretty bad.
    - Sleeping guy attacks AraTheJuggler, shaking her
    - Big Blond recovers and cuts me up.
    - Long Hair attacks LuciusGhee and misses
  - Round
    - Dog snaps at sleeping guy 
    - Slick hair attacks me but misses and moves around behind LuciusGhee (towards ShoshaTheDancer)
    - Big Blond hits me lightly.
    - AraTheJuggler gathers her wits and hits Big Blond, but he shrugs it off somehow
    - Sleeping guy attacks AraTheJuggler, but she parries
    - Long hair misses LuciusGhee and moves towards ShoshaTheDancer
    - ShoshaTheDancer casts bolt at slick hair, killing him.
    - I miss Big Blond
    - LuciusGhee tricks long hair and stabs him, but he twists aside
  - Round
    - Dog (Joker!) bites Sleeping Guy, shaking him
    - Big Blond steps over to me, and AraTheJuggler kills him
    - AraTheJuggler stabs Sleeping Guy, killing him as well
    - LuciusGhee (to last guy): "You heard the man" and he drops his weapon.

++++ Open the Cages |

LuciusGhee runs into the back room. "Leopold!" "Where you at boy"  "Dave?"

The boys are in a cage in the far corner. The slavers mentioned selling them to ship captains.

I tell them they were freed by DonnalKellar

Leopold's friend has a broken leg, and LuciusGhee splints him up.

DarvinWells - one of the captives.  Seems slightly better dressed.  Offers his help.

Loot the bodies and prisoners:
  * 52 iron ticks
