ShoshaTheDancer and LuciusGhee go to the Tower. ShoshaTheDancer does some research.

As they return, just outside TheLastChance, they get a note from BloodyBladeKevvas:

We go out checking out contacts for news of KulegTheBald. LuciusGhee calls a pigeon and talks with it. No one has been calling to the animals.

We visit some taverns. I drop the name of KulegTheBald, seeing if anyone has been seen. In PulgsTavern:

Someone: I heard that name earlier today. He's in some sort of cult. Something like cult of the shark god. I ask who he heard it from. LuciusGhee asks him if a bunch of people have died.
