 We hear strange sounds in the dark.
 A walking tree appears.  A walking tree with a toothed maw containing and eyeball.  Speaking strange sounds.  Eyeballs on branches. And more.

+It comes towards AmbrosioTornelli, and he screams so loud it injures the tree!  FilippoTarantino "Fire!" and the Crows shoot off a volley.  Stalactites fall, and one hit it as well.  It starts a distress call.
+We manage to kill it.

+++++ Lost Rangers |
+We leave and go in the direction the Rangers went.  We find one of the rangers cut in half and crushed.  We cannot find the other Rangers.  AmbrosioTornelli uses his magic wand to find the exit.
+AmbrosioTornelli uses magic to see what happened. They rangers were attacked.  One was immediately killed and the other two turned into large wolves and fled into the darkness.
+We wander on, and eventually find our way to the surface.

+++++ Chanting |
+We hear some loud chanting outside.  We can get out but not the cart.
+Exit is in the courtyard of a castle with a strangely cut black stone in the middle, surrounded by peasants performing a chanting ritual.  Human sacrifice.
