There is a fresco with the same sword as HolyFrolard!

There is a set of doors with a male and female figure (that's where the sword is). People are leaving many offerings in front of the doors.

City seems to be suffering a plague.

We all seem to be checking out different things about the fresco.

Some of the dragons in the fresco are gigantic (200 ft plus).

This appears to be holy ground and my feet are burning. I move to the stairs (not holy).

My hell phone goes off. “Supp”. And scene.

DeepGrim is staring into the darkness. Freaking me out.

HolyFrolard tries to pull out the sword, falls backward onto the offerings. On second look, the hilt of the fresco sword matches his exactly.

WarforgedBort extends a hand (on a chain?) and tries to put a rock in a hole?

DragonHerma appears to be smelling the air? He is examining the dragon frescos. Goes to the door and knocks. It does not open.

MonkDharganda climbs to the top of the door (really flips and flops impressively). Well, he gets about halfway then slides down the wall.

I am on a bonfire of human bones. The smoke just wanders around. There is a red skinned woman. Resting demon face. She's messing with a magical device. Asking me about services from a hellspawn.

HolyFrolard touches the door and freezes (does not respond to our shouts).

Then he draws his sword and we are all blinded.

   3. I cast shadows of moil and summon my sword
   4. TraderEkhart moves to holy ground.
   5. DrowKiara falls into the offerings
   6. HolyFrolard sees CorrelonLanthern. Tells us to follow him through the door and starts whistling.
   7. DragonHerma seems to recover his sight. Because he casts wall of fire. I know because it's hot and noisy. And I remember that sound.

      1. The frescos come to life.
2. Round
   1. MonkDharganda is still blinded. Throws his sword and creates a weird light barrier.
   2. WarforgedBort moves forward to guard us. Throws a javelin at someone. She falls and lands on the holy ground. The doors start to close again (only HolyFrolard sees that). WarforgedBort summons back the javelin and hits her again.
   3. I try to make my way up the stairs run into a weird buzzy wall.
   4. TraderEkhart runs towards the door. He shouts “The Door is closing, it's closing!”. He dives through the door, disappears.
   5. DeepGrim sneaks around.

      1. DragonHerma turns into a dragon.
   7. DragonHerma banishes “the thing that is manifesting” (does not work), files down the stairs and breaths fire.

      1. GodLolth leaves the board. Wait, GodLolth was here?
      2. The Drow gabble at eachother.
      3. Carrion Crawlers … crawl up the walls.
      4. One tries to banish DragonHerma. Fails miserably.
      5. They are attacking DragonHerma. Only one hit.
      6. Tentacles in the darkness – slips off WarforgedBort.

   1. MonkDharganda can now see. He sees DragonHerma … the actual WTF golden dragon. With Red Racing stripes. …
   2. WarforgedBort attacks the big mouthed woman. Bort the Monologue Aborter. Smack, smack. DeepGrim pops in (held action) and backstabs her to death. She bursts into flames.
   3. I cast insect plague on them. Damage is a little disappointing, so I dive for cover.
   4. …
   5. HolyFrolard feels good (somehow got a long rest?).
   6. DragonHerma frightful presence. Frightens a bunch of them.
