Meanwhile, a asian comes in on a steam wagon.  The Marshal takes a disliking to him (Snakeoil!).  Smashing the stock.  The deputies beat the man up.

TheColonel asks a question but the Sheriff tells him to mind his own business.

Sheriff is belligerent.

My story: I owe Elias a debt and I need to go through his things to find the deed to settle the debt.

PierreLaFontaine charges his remaining rent ($20) and gives me everything.

We inspect his things in my room.

We go to the Wanamaker Mansion.

Refreshments. Only some of us play.  Servants seem surly (it's the deputies).

We play until midnight.  Nothing really strange happens.  Although I think Mr. Silas is a better player than he lets on.
