We continue to explore the attic.

We keep seeing creepy illusions.

I cast Detect Arcana on all of us.

Several Manitou at the stairs!

  - Round to stirs

  - Round down stairs
    - they go through wall
  - Round into kitchen
    - ?
  - Round up main stairs
    - S?
  - Round into red room
    - I bolt one (no effect)
  - Round
    - Colonel destroys one with his magic gun.
    - EmmaSchneider kills the one trying to eat my face.

++++ Master Bedroom |
Bunch of partial solitaire games.

Blank book.

EmmaSchneider picks it up and freezes.  I knock the book out of her hands.

She sees things.

Then the cards erupt and attack us.

  - Round
    - QuiLongWang kung fu's the swarm and it breaks into 2 swarms.
    - They attack us.
    - I burn one of the swarms of cards with burst.
    - EmmaSchneider kills the other with her pistol.

EmmaSchneider tells us about the visions - the man (Wanamaker?) is gambling with spirits, giving people to a haunted deck.  I think Wanamaker has the deck.

We see some more Manitou, but they flee.

We continue searching.

We find an entrance to the mines in the kitchen, under some loose floorboards.

++++ The Mines |
We see SilasWanamaker and the Sheriff's men.  ShowBoat is there.  SilasWanamaker traps her in his magic deck.  There is a portal to hell.  5 spirits take on flesh and drop down in front of the portal.

  - Round
    - I disrupt them
    - TheColonel kills one of the deputies
    - The Sheriff shoots a QuiLongWang.
    - ...
    - SilasWanamaker throws the deck to me

  - Gamble Round
    - they are fighting the enemy, I'm gambling. I win a round.
  - Gamble Round
    - I win another round.
