The others get up too early and have some breakfast.

They discuss things.

TheColonel wakes me up. ShowBoat wants us to look for DoctorGao (he's missing).

We go looking for DoctorGao's camp.

We find his wagon. No one is outside.

We find his bed overturned. Boot prints of 3 to 4 men.

We go talk to ShowBoat. She has a plan:

• After the showdown, she will keep SilasWanamaker busy for a few hours. We could investigate the WanamakerMansion during that time.

She tells us that Lacy has shown up.

Turns out TheColonel is entering a dueling contest, rather then directly dueling the Sheriff.

• Old lady lays it out. No fee to enter. Single Elimination. Only first draw can shoot. $1000 dollar prize & free drinks & a Special (unspecified) prize.

FredricoGarcia has joined the contest.

SilasWanamaker announces the special prize: A powerful pistol.

The Sheriff has not shown up, BTW.

TheColonel wins his first duel. Makes his way through the ranks. Ends up facing FredricoGarcia. Magical shennaigans, but TheColonel wins! He ges the ghost gun.

Spooky.

We look around and find the entrance to a root cellar. EmmaSchneider picks the lock. We go down.

We open the door to the cold storage. Old pieces of rotting meat and bones. They all slide together and become a meat golem.
