 +    - Pad Chicken thighs dry and season with Baharat, salt, and pepper.
 +    - Shred Kale
 +    - Slice Garlic thin
 +  - Chicken Thighs
 +    - Brown chicken thighs in pan (2 minutes a side) then cook, flipping, until done.

 +    - Start with a cool pan.  Add some oil and heat over medium heat
