 +    - Dice the pancetta
 +    - Slice the onion thin
 +    - Remove the chard stems
 +      - Dice the stems
 +      - Cut or tear the leaves into pieces
 +  - Cook
 +    - Fry the pancetta in a hot oiled pan and cook for 2 to 3 minutes
 +    - Add the onion and cook until soft (1 to 2 minutes)
 +    - Add the chard stems and cook until they soften and brown (2 to 4 minutes)
