 +    - Preheat oven 425° F 
 +    - Dry steaks and season with salt and pepper 
 +    - Dice sweet potatoes about half inch.  Season with salt, pepper, and chili flakes 
 +    - Remove ribs from chard. Chop ribs into small pieces. Tear leaves into bite sized pieces
