 +|  ½  | tbsp | Moroccan spices (coriander, cumin, allspice, cinnamon) |

 +  - Prep
 +    - Remove the ribs from the chard.
 +    - Dice the ribs into small pieces
 +    - Tear or cut the leaves into 1 inch pieces
 +  - Cook
 +    - Add the chard ribs to a hot oiled pan and cook until softened (2 to 3 minutes)
 +    - Add the chard leaves and spices and cook until the leaves are wilted.
 +    - Add the tomatoes and chickpeas and ¼ cup water
 +    - Simmer until chickpeas soften and the sauce thickens
