 +  - Prep
 +    - Rough chop garlic
 +    - Cut zucchini into quarter inch thick rounds
 +    - Remove kale stems and chop into small pieces.  Chiffonade leaves.
 +  - Cook
 +    - Cook garlic for about 30 seconds in a well oiled pan.
 +    - Add zucchini and cook for 2 to 3 minutes
 +    - Add Kale, capers, and a little water and cook, covered for 2 to 3 minutes (stirring occasionally) until kale is wilted.
 +    - Remove lid and cook until water is mostly removed and kale is soft
 +    - Toss with red pepper flakes
