|  1½  | cup | Shredded cabbage (95 g) |
|  2  | ea | Celery ribs (90 g) |
|  3  | ea | Scallions (45 g) |
|  1  | ea | Serrano chili |
|  1  | tsp | Minced ginger (14 g) |
|  1  | ea | Nectarine (95 g whole) |
|  1  | tbsp | Lime Juice (½ a lime) |
|  ½  | tsp | Fennel seed |

  - Prep
    - Shred the cabbage
    - Slice celery ribs into thin pieces
    - Slice the scallions into thin pieces
    - Slice the chili into thin pieces
    - Mince ginger
    - Cut nectarine into thin pieces
    - Juice the lime
    - Rough chop the fennel seed
  - Cook
    - Combine lime juice and 2 tbsp oil.  Salt and pepper to taste.  Shake to emulsify.
    - Combine cabbage, celery, scallions, chili, ginger, nectarine, dressing, and fennel and toss to coat
