====== Honey Lime Cucumber Salad ======

|  1  | ea | Cucumber (235 g) |
|  1½  | cup | Shredded carrot (120 g) |
|  2  | ea | Radish (35 g) |
|  2  | tbsp | Black sesame seeds |
|  2  | tbsp | Lime juice (1 lime) |
|  1  | tbsp | Onion |
|  1  | tsp | Honey |
|  1  | tsp | Chili flakes |
|  2  | tbsp | Oil |

  - Prep
    - Cut cucumber into thin bite sized slices
    - Shred carrot
    - Cut radishes into thin bite sized slices
    - Juice lime
    - Mince onion fine
  - Cook
    - Combine lime juice, onion, honey, chili flakes, and oil and mix until emulsified
    - Combine cucumber, carrot, radish, and sesame.
    - Add dressing, salt to taste and toss to coat.
    - Let stand for a bit, stirring occasionally.
