====== Lettuce Wrapped BBQ Sliders ======

|  10  | oz | Ground Pork |
|  1  | tbsp | Seasoning (granulated garlic, onion powder, thyme, oregano) |
|  ½  | cup | BBQ sauce |
|  1  | med | Red onion (230 g whole) |
|  150  | g | Mushrooms |
|  3  | ea | Roma Tomatoes (200 g) |
|  2  | tbsp | Pickled jalepenos |
|  1  | med | Romain lettuce |

  - Prep
    - Season the ground pork and set aside
    - Dice onion into small pieces
    - Slice mushrooms thin
    - Dice tomatoes
    - Separate the lettuce leaves and wash
  - Cook
    - Cook onions and mushrooms in an oiled pan until soft and most of the liquid has been driven off, then set aside
    - Form patties from the pork and cook for 2 minutes on a side.
    - Baste patties with bbq sauce and continue cooking, flipping and basting every minutes or so until done.
    - Serve patties with the remaining items on the side
