====== Mozzarella Burgers with Seared Caesar Salad ======

|  10  | oz | Ground Beef |
|  1  | tsp | Granulated Garlic |
|  1  | tsp | Onion powder |
|  2  | tsp | Thyme |
|  2  | tsp | Oregano |
|  ½  | cup | Marinara |
|  2  | ea | Hamburger buns |
|  1  | ea | Romain heart |
|  ⅓  | cup | Caesar dressing |

  - Prep
    - Break the ground beef into small pieces in a bowl
    - Add granulated garlic, onion powder, thyme, and oregano.  Season with salt and pepper.  Gently mix.
    - Cut romaine in half lengthwise through the root.
  - Cook
    - Form the meat into two patties.
    - Cook in a hot oiled pan for about 2 minutes on a side.
    - Flip once more, and cook for 4 to 6 minutes more on the same side.
    - Spoon the marinara over each patty.
    - Top with cheese.
    - Cover and add a little water for steam.
    - Cook until the cheese is melted; about 1 to 2 minutes more.
    - Remove to a covered plate.
    - Toast the buns
    - Sear the romaine for 2 to 4 minutes.
    - Place the burgers on the buns, and serve the romaine with the caesar dressing on the side.
