|  1  | ea | Large Zucchini |
|  2  | ea | Scallions |
|  1  | ea | Lemon |
|  1  | lb | Ground pork |
|  ½  | tsp | Granulated garlic |
|  ½  | tsp | Coriander |
|  ½  | tsp | Cumin |
|  1  | ea | Egg |
|  ¼  | cup | Bread crumbs |
|  ¼  | cup | [[recipes:tahni-dressing|Tahini Dressing]] |

  - Prep
    - Grate zucchini.  Squeeze out excess liquid using a tea towel.
    - Mince Scallions
    - Zest lemon
    - Make spice blend from granulated garlic, coriander, and cumin
  - Cook
    - Combine shredded zucchini, minced scallions, lemon zest, ground pork, spices, and egg.  Add breadcrumbs until egg is absorbed.
    - Refrigerate for 10 to 20 minutes.
    - Form into 2 patties.
    - Cook patties 4 to 6 minutes on a side.
  - Serve
    - Serve patties topped with [[recipes:tahni-dressing|Tahini Dressing]].
