Make first so it has time to marinade a bit. - Prep - Pad Chicken thighs dry and season with Baharat, salt, and pepper. - Shred Kale - Slice Garlic thin - Chicken Thighs - Brown chicken thighs in pan (2 minutes a side) then cook, flipping, until done. - Set aside to rest - Wilted Kale - Start with a cool pan. Add some oil and heat over medium heat - Add garlic and cook for about 30 seconds - Add Kale and 1 tbsp water and cook until Kale is just wilted. Serve chicken over the wilted kale.
