Break into chunks in a bowl and toss/fold in the spices. Add bread crumbs if it is a little loose. - Dice tomatoes to quarter inch pieces - Dice onion to quarter inch pieces - Mince parsley - Separate and wash romaine leaves for wraps (optionally cut into bite sized pieces for a side salad instead). - French potato - Cook - Toss potatoes with oil, salt, and pepper - Spread potatoes in a single layer on a baking pan. - Bake for 10 minutes, flip, then bake for 10 more minutes. Careful not to burn - Mix vinegar and oil with a little salt and pepper. - Add tomatoes and onion to dressing and stir - Divide the meat into two patties. - Cook each patty in a hot oiled pan for 4 to 6 minutes **per side** - Serve patties topped with with mayonnaise and tomato onion relish
