Chop stems into small pieces and tear the leaves into bite sized chunks. Wash both. - Cook - Fry thighs in a hot oiled pan for 4 minutes on a side. - Put on a plate and chill in refrigerator for 10 to 15 minutes. - Chop the chicken into small pieces - Combine chicken, onion, avocado, almonds, and dressing in a bowl and stir to coat the chicken and distribute evenly. - Serve over lettuce
