|  ¼  | cup | White wine vinegar |

|  1  | tbsp | Dijon mustard |
|  ¼  | cup | Honey |
|  ½  | tsp | Thyme |

  - Prep
    - Zest the lemon
    - Juice the lemon
  - Cook
    - Add oil, vinegar, lemon zest and juice, mustard, honey, thyme, and salt and pepper to taste.
    - Whisk until emulsified
