Cut stems into small pieces. - Combine fish sauce, hoisin sauce, ad sesame-dressing - Cook - Fry zoodles for 1 to 2 minutes (add salt) - In same pan, cook garlic for about 30 seconds - Add pork and stir well. Cook for 2 minutes on one side to brown, then toss until no pink is visible. - Add jalapeno, carrot, and broccoli leaves/stems and cook for 2 minutes (until crisp-tender). - Add sauce and cook for about 1 minute - Add zoodles and toss to coat. - Push everything aside and scramble egg - Stir to combine
