Cut a quarter cup to a large mince for garnish. - Cut lime in half - Crumble queso - Shred cabbage - Cook - Cook onions in a hot oiled pan (add spices, salt, and pepper) for 4 to 5 minutes - Add beans, hominy, tomatoes, and 1 cup water. Bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer for 5 to 6 minutes (until thickened) - Serve over cabbage, topped with minced onion, queso, and lime juice
