|  1  | cup | Vinegar |
|  1  | cup | Water |
|  1  | tbsp| [Optional] Honey, sugar, etc (to taste)  |
|  1  | ea | [Optional] Salt to taste |

Mix the water and vinegar in equal amounts.  Sweeten if desired.  Add salt as desired.
