|  ¼  | cup | Sweet chili sauce or ketchup |

|  1  | tsp | Hot sauce |
|  1  | tsp | Worchestershire sauce |
|  ¼  | tsp | Sweet (or hot) paprika |
|  1  | pinch | Salt (to taste) |

  - Prep
    - Mash the onion into a paste
  - Cook
    - Mix the onion paste with remaining ingredients and refrigerate
