====== Shrimp Bok Choi Stir Fry ====== {{tag>Recipe Fish LowCarb 4}} | 2 | Servings | ^ Qty ^ Unit ^ Ingredient ^ | 10 | oz | Shrimp | | 2 | large | Bok choi (200 g) | | 3 | ea | Green onions (45 g) | | 2 | tbsp | Ginger (15 g) | | 2 | tbsp | Fish sauce | | 2 | tbsp | Sherry vinegar | | 2 | tbsp | Toasted sesame oil | Serve with [[recipies:daikon-salad|Daikon Salad]]. - Prep - Dry shrimp. Season with salt and pepper. - Cut bok choi into bite sized pieces and rince - Cut green onions into 1 to 2 inch lengths - Mince ginger - Mix ginger, fish sauce, vinegar and oil - Cook - Cook shrimp until done (2 to 4 minutes). Remove from pan. - In a hot oiled pan, cook bok choi, and green onion, browning well on one side then stir frying until starting to soften. - Add stir fry sauce and cook until reduced and vegetables are soft. - Add back in shrimp and any juices. Warm through and serve.
