Chiffonade leaves. - Cook - Cook garlic for about 30 seconds in a well oiled pan. - Add zucchini and cook for 2 to 3 minutes - Add Kale, capers, and a little water and cook, covered for 2 to 3 minutes (stirring occasionally) until kale is wilted. - Remove lid and cook until water is mostly removed and kale is soft - Toss with red pepper flakes
