====== Tomato Garlic Green Beans ====== {{tag>Recipe Vegetarian LowCarb 5}} | 2 | Servings | ^ Qty ^ Unit ^ Ingredient ^ | 3 | cups | Green beans (190 g) | | 1 | cup | Grape tomatoes (80 g) | | 1 | ea | Garlic clove | | 4 | tbsp | Parsley | | ½ | cup | White beans | | ½ | tsp | Chili flakes | - Prep - Wash, trim and cut green beans into bite sized pieces - Dice the tomatoes into 1 inch pieces - Mince the garlic - Mince the parsley - Mash the white beans and add chili flakes and enough water to loosen slightly - Cook - Bring 1 inch of heavily salted water to a boil. - Add green beans and simmer for 5 minutes - Drain green beans. - Add garlic and a little oil to a pan and cook for a minute - Add green beans and tomatoes and cook until tomatoes soften - Add bean puree and cook until slightly thickened and coating the green beans.
