====== Tzatziki Sauce ====== {{tag>Recipe Vegetarian LowCarb 5}} | 4 | cups | ^ Qty ^ Unit ^ Ingredient ^ | 2 | cup | English cucumber (about 3/4 of a whole) | | 1 | tsp | Kosher salt | | 5 | clove | Garlic | | 1 | tsp | White Vinegar | | 1 | tbsp | Extra virgin olive oil | | 2 | cup | Greek Yogurt | | ½ | tsp | Black Pepper | - Prep - Grate Cucumbers and toss with salt. Let drain 5 minutes. Squeeze excess liquid out with a tea towel. - Mince garlic - Make Sauce - Combine garlic, white vinegar and olive oil in a bowl. - Add cucumber, yogurt and white pepper and mix. - Marinate for a couple of hours.
