====== Yogurt Feta Sauce ====== {{tag>Recipe Vegetarian Condiment 5}} | 2 | Servings | ^ Qty ^ Unit ^ Ingredient ^ | 1 | cup | Greek yogurt | | ½ | cup | Feta | | 1 | ea | Lemon | | 1 | tbsp | Olive oil | | ¼ | cup | Kalamata olives | | 2 | tbsp | Dill | | 1 | ea | Garlic clove | | 1 | tsp | Oregano | - Prep - Crumble feta to peppercorn size - Juice and zest the lemon - Mince the olives to a paste - Mince the garlic to a paste - Mince the fresh dill - Cook - Combine lemon juice and olive oil and whisk - Add yogurt, olives, garlic, dill, lemon zest, and oregano and whisk - Fold in feta - Salt to taste (feta may be enough)
