Baharat Chicken over Wilted Kale

2 ea Chicken thighs
4 cloves Garlic
3 cup Kale (100 g)
½ tsp Baharat Spice Blend

Serve with Tzatziki Cucumber Salad. Make first so it has time to marinade a bit.

  1. Prep
    1. Pad Chicken thighs dry and season with Baharat, salt, and pepper.
    2. Shred Kale
    3. Slice Garlic thin
  2. Chicken Thighs
    1. Brown chicken thighs in pan (2 minutes a side) then cook, flipping, until done.
    2. Set aside to rest
  3. Wilted Kale
    1. Start with a cool pan. Add some oil and heat over medium heat
    2. Add garlic and cook for about 30 seconds
    3. Add Kale and 1 tbsp water and cook until Kale is just wilted.

Serve chicken over the wilted kale.
