Prep
Slice scallions into thin rings.
Juice lemon.
Tear lettuce into bite sized pieces and wash.
Cut bell pepper into short sticks
Mince garlic fine.
Cook
Combine lemon juice and oil. Add salt, pepper, garlic, and other seasonings to taste.
Combine scallions, beans, and bell pepper. Salt and toss.
Serve
Dress greens and top with bean mixture.
