Blackened Sole with Green Beans

2 ea Sole fillets (5 oz ea)
½ tbsp Seasoning (granulated garlic, paprika, onion powder, thyme, oregano)
2 cups Tomato Garlic Green Beans
¼ cup Green Goddess Dressing
  1. Prep
    1. Dry fillets thoroughly.
    2. Season skin side liberally
  2. Cook
    1. Fry fillets in a hot oiled pan for 2 to 3 minutes on one side and 1 minutes on the other
    2. Serve with dressing on top, and green beans on the side
