Coriander Salmon

2 ea Salmon steaks (5 oz each)
2 tbsp Coriander Seed
1 tsp [Optional] Beet Powder

Serve with Lemongrass Cabbage Salad

  1. Prep
    1. Crack the coriander seeds.
    2. Dry the salmon steaks and season with salt and pepper
  2. Cook
    1. Place salmon skin side down in a hot, oiled pan. Add sprinkle with beet powder and press on coriander seeds.
    2. Cook 4 to 5 minutes on skin side, then flip.
    3. Cook 1 to 2 minutes
    4. Remove from pan and rest
