Prep
Crack the coriander seeds.
Dry the salmon steaks and season with salt and pepper
Cook
Place salmon skin side down in a hot, oiled pan. Add sprinkle with beet powder and press on coriander seeds.
Cook 4 to 5 minutes on skin side, then flip.
Cook 1 to 2 minutes
Remove from pan and rest
