Creamy Mustard Vinaigrette

¾ Cups
Qty Unit Ingredient
¼ cup Red or white wine vinegar
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp Honey
½ tsp Salt
½ ea Garlic clove
½ cup Neutral oil
2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  1. Cook
    1. Pulse vinegar, mustard, honey, salt, and garlic clove in blender.
    2. Drizzle in neutral oil and olive oil.
    3. Taste and season with salt and pepper
