Curry Chicken

2 ea Chicken thighs
1 tbsp Curry paste (red or green)
2 tbsp Cashew Lime Glaze

Serve with Jicama Citris Salad.

  1. Prep
    1. Coat the chicken with the curry paste and let set for a bit
    2. Adjust the thickness of the cashew glaze with a little water
  2. Cook
    1. Cook in a lightly oiled pan for 3 minutes then finish for a minute or two on the other side.
    2. Serve with the cashew lime glaze on the side.
