Shred the cabbage
Slice celery ribs into thin pieces
Slice the scallions into thin pieces
Slice the chili into thin pieces
Mince ginger
Cut nectarine into thin pieces
Juice the lime
Rough chop the fennel seed
Cook
Combine lime juice and 2 tbsp oil. Salt and pepper to taste. Shake to emulsify.
Combine cabbage, celery, scallions, chili, ginger, nectarine, dressing, and fennel and toss to coat
