1 16 oz Mild green chilis
½ cup Pepitas
2 tbsp Cilantro
3 ea Garlic cloves
1 tbsp Red wine vinegar
½ cup Olive oil
½ tsp Salt (to taste)
  1. Prep
    1. Chop chilis fine (if not already cut)
    2. Mince pepitas
    3. Mince cilantro
    4. Mince garlic fine
  2. Cook
    1. Combine chilis, pepitas, cilantro, garlic, vinegar, and oil and blend into a smooth paste.
    2. Season with salt to taste.
