1 cup Parsley
1 ea Garlic clove
2 ea Lemons
Sub: Rind of ½ a preserved lemon
2 tbsp Olive oil
  1. Cook
    1. Chop the parsley
    2. Mince the garlic
    3. Zest the lemons (remove flesh or preserved lemon and chop rind)
    4. Combine parsley, garlic and lemon zest (rind) and mince together
    5. Add oil and stir to combine
