Hoisin Sauce Base

½ cup Peanut (or almond) butter
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp Raisins
2 tbsp Molasses
1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp Sesame oil
1 tsp Granulated garlic
  1. Prep
    1. Combine worcestershire, molasses, vinegar, and raisins and soak until raisins soften and plump up.
  2. Cook
    1. Add nut butter, raisins with liquid, sesame oil and garlic to a blender.
    2. Blend until smooth.
