Honey Lemon Vinaigrette

½ cup Olive Oil
¼ cup White wine vinegar
1 ea Lemon
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
¼ cup Honey
½ tsp Thyme
  1. Prep
    1. Zest the lemon
    2. Juice the lemon
  2. Cook
    1. Add oil, vinegar, lemon zest and juice, mustard, honey, thyme, and salt and pepper to taste.
    2. Whisk until emulsified
