Cut cucumber into thin bite sized slices
Shred carrot
Cut radishes into thin bite sized slices
Juice lime
Mince onion fine
Cook
Combine lime juice, onion, honey, chili flakes, and oil and mix until emulsified
Combine cucumber, carrot, radish, and sesame.
Add dressing, salt to taste and toss to coat.
Let stand for a bit, stirring occasionally.
