Prep
Chop the broccoli into large bite size pieces
Chop the artichoke into chunks
Cut the bell pepper into chunks
Slice olives in half
Cook
Brown the broccoli in a hot, oiled pan for 2 to 3 minutes
Add the artichoke, bell pepper, and olives and brown for 2 to 3 minutes
Season with salt and pepper
Serve with dressing
