Form the meat into two patties.
Cook in a hot oiled pan for about 2 minutes on a side.
Flip once more, and cook for 4 to 6 minutes more on the same side.
Spoon the marinara over each patty.
Top with cheese.
Cover and add a little water for steam.
Cook until the cheese is melted; about 1 to 2 minutes more.
Remove to a covered plate.
Toast the buns
Sear the romaine for 2 to 4 minutes.
Place the burgers on the buns, and serve the romaine with the caesar dressing on the side.
