Pistachio Herb Paste

Qty Unit Ingredient
2 tbsp Fresh Dill
2 tbsp Fresh Parsley
1 oz Pistachios without shells
2 tbsp Capers (or 3 to 4 caper berries)
3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive oil

Good over meat.

  1. Prep
    1. Mince the herbs
    2. Mince the Pistachios
    3. Mince the capers
  2. Cook
    1. Combine the herbs, pistachios, capers and olive oil and mix.
    2. Season with salt to taste (taste first, it may not need anything)
