Prep
Preheat oven to 425° F
Snap off the ends of the asparagus and cut into 2 inch pieces
Trim off the ends of the green onions and cut into 2 inch pieces
Cook
Place vegetables in a single layer on a greased baking pan
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, stirring every 5 to 10 minutes until caramelized
If cooking with chicken and it finishes first, move the vegetables over the drippings to finish
