Red Onion (220 g whole)

Italian dressing

Fresh oregano
Prep
Preheat oven to 400° F
Cut the onion into ¼ inch wide strips, 1 to 2 inches long
Mince the oregano
Cook
Toss the onion in the dressing and oregano
Put foil on a sheet pan and lightly grease.
Spread onions in a single layer on the pan.
Roast for 10 minutes
Stir
Roast for another 10 minutes, or until carmalized.
