Salmon with Pistachio Herb Paste

2 ea Salmon (5 oz each)
4 tbsp Pistachio Herb Paste (1 batch)

Serve with Potato Leek Salad.

  1. Cook
    1. Season fish with salt and pepper
    2. Fry in an oiled pan for 4 to 5 minutes, then flip and finish for 2 to 4 minutes
    3. Serve topped with pistachio paste
