Scallops with Gremolata

½ cup flour
4 tbsp Gremolata

Serve with a side of Chard with Pancetta

    1. Dry and salt the fish.
    2. Dredge in flour
  2. Cook
    1. Brown on one side in an oiled pan for 2 to 4 minutes
    2. Flip, then finish 1 to 2 minutes
